Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By submitting a repair request or placing an order through our website, you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy.

We are able to accept orders and form a legally binding contract without further reference to you. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that these Terms meet your requirements before proceeding.

All services are provided in accordance with applicable United Kingdom legislation. We do not guarantee compliance with any legal requirements outside the UK.

These Terms govern all services supplied by us unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Definitions

  • Contract – the legally binding agreement formed once we confirm acceptance of your order or quotation.

  • Order – your request for diagnostic or repair services, placed via our website or following quotation approval.

  • Services – all diagnostic, repair, testing, and related services provided by Drone Repairs UK Ltd.

3. Our Services

Any descriptions of services on our website or marketing materials are provided for information only and do not constitute a contractual offer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, although we will aim to provide a prompt explanation where possible.

A Contract is formed only once we confirm acceptance of your order or quotation.

We specialise in the diagnosis and repair of consumer and commercial drones, primarily DJI models. Supported models and parts availability may change without notice.

4. Ordering & Repair Process

  • Once your drone is received, we aim to assess it and issue a repair quotation within 2–5 working days.

  • Repairs will only commence after you have accepted the quotation.

  • Following approval, we aim to complete and return repairs within 10–15 working days, subject to complexity and parts availability.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store card or payment details.

Promotional offers are time-limited and cannot be applied outside their stated validity period.

Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible. Where amendments are agreed, additional charges and revised completion times may apply.

You will be notified once your drone has been dispatched.

5. Contract Changes & Availability

No variation to the agreed repair scope or price will apply unless confirmed by both parties.

If required parts become unavailable, delayed, or subject to supplier price changes, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and must be settled before return of your drone.

  • We reserve the right to withhold dispatch until full payment has been received.

Items left with us for more than 28 days without communication may incur a storage charge of £1 per day.

Where payment remains outstanding and we are unable to make contact, we reserve the right to dispose of the item after 28 days in order to recover costs.

6.1 Removed Parts

Requests for the return of removed or damaged parts must be made before repair work begins.
We reserve the right to retain or dispose of parts where required for safety, warranty, or regulatory reasons.

7. Delivery

7.1 Sending Your Drone to Us

You are responsible for arranging delivery of your drone to us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured, and signed-for courier service.

Your drone must be securely packaged. Use of the original manufacturer’s box with additional padding is advised.

Please send only the drone and controller, unless instructed otherwise. We accept no responsibility for accessories sent unnecessarily.

Loss or damage during transit to us remains your responsibility and must be pursued with the courier used.

7.2 Return Delivery

  • Return delivery will be arranged once payment is complete.

  • Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Due to lithium battery shipping restrictions, return delivery is limited to Mainland UK only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third-party factors.

Delivery addresses cannot be changed once dispatch has taken place.

7.3 Receipt of Goods

Upon receipt, you must inspect your drone immediately. Any damage must be reported to us without delay.
All packaging must be retained in case the courier requires inspection.

8. Testing & Quality Control

All repaired drones undergo functional testing prior to dispatch.
Test flights, where carried out, are limited to verifying repaired components only.

Testing does not constitute certification of airworthiness, and we do not guarantee the performance of components not included in the repair.

9. Warranty

We provide a 60 day warranty covering only the specific repair carried out by Drone Repairs UK Ltd.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Unrelated faults

  • Accidental damage or misuse after repair

  • Liquid or water damage

  • Repairs carried out by third parties

Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and the item returned within 14 days of notification.

10. Additional Diagnostics

Where further investigation is required beyond the original quotation, you will be notified and provided with an updated quotation for approval before work continues.

11. Liability

If your drone is lost or damaged beyond economical repair while in our care, our liability will be limited to the cost of a comparable replacement.

You must back up all data before sending your drone to us. We accept no responsibility for data loss or corruption.

Repairs may require disassembly and carry inherent risk. Where accidental damage occurs, we may offer repair or replacement at our discretion.

We are not liable for:

  • Damage from previous repairs

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays outside our reasonable control

  • Failure of components not repaired or replaced

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Data & Storage Media

All memory cards and storage devices must be removed before sending your drone.
We accept no responsibility for data security, confidentiality, or loss.

13. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before accepting a repair quotation.
Once a quotation has been accepted, cancellations are not permitted.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15. Complaints & Disputes

We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. Please contact us directly and we will respond within 5 working days.

Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales, or Scotland or Northern Ireland where applicable.

Drone Repairs UK Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.
